Internship Policy

Important: This is a PAID internship program. No stipend or monetary compensation will be provided to interns.

1. Nature of Internship

Our internship programs are designed for educational and skill development purposes. These are paid training programs where students pay to acquire industry-relevant skills and practical experience.

  • No stipend or salary will be provided
  • Students must pay the prescribed fees to participate
  • The internship includes training sessions and project work

2. Program Structure

Each internship program includes:

  • Structured learning modules
  • Hands-on project work
  • Mentorship and guidance from industry experts
  • Access to learning resources and materials
  • Live project experience

3. Eligibility

  • Must be currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation
  • Basic understanding of the chosen technology is preferred
  • Access to a computer/laptop with stable internet connection
  • Commitment to complete the full duration of the program

4. Attendance & Participation

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for certification
  • Active participation in sessions and assignments is required
  • Regular submission of tasks and project milestones
  • Interns must maintain professional behavior at all times

5. Project Submission

  • All interns must complete and submit a final project
  • Projects must be original work by the intern
  • Plagiarism will result in disqualification
  • Projects may be used for demonstration purposes by the company

6. Certification

Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Letter of Recommendation (upon request and based on performance)

Requirements for certification:

  • Minimum 75% attendance
  • Successful completion of all assignments
  • Submission and approval of final project
  • Full payment of fees

7. Code of Conduct

  • Maintain professional behavior and respect for others
  • Do not share login credentials or learning materials
  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
  • Follow all instructions from mentors and coordinators

8. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate an intern's participation for:

  • Violation of code of conduct
  • Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Failure to meet attendance requirements
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any behavior detrimental to the program or other participants

9. Intellectual Property

  • Learning materials provided are for personal use only
  • Projects developed during the internship may be used by both parties
  • Students retain rights to their original work
